Candidates who will be shortlisted will be invited to an interview in November.
Scholarships are awarded to Serbian students studying at faculties in the territory of the Republic of Serbia and in the region of all disciplines (social, humanities, biomedical and technical sciences, arts, etc.). A few special spots will be reserved for freshmen who demonstrate leadership potential and are socially engaged in their community.
This year, a decision was made to award a number of scholarships to students who opt for teaching professions with the aim of providing a concrete contribution to the effort to restore the reputation and dignity of the teaching profession. In cooperation with the deans of these faculties, we received a list of the best ranked students - freshmen. We ask them, when filling out applications for the competition, to emphasize this in the application itself. We encourage other students of teaching and teacher majors, regardless of the year of study, to also apply.
Since registrations are still open during this period, feel free to write the expected results in the fields where they are requested.
The conditions that candidates must meet are that they are full-time students of any year of undergraduate or master's studies at an accredited higher education institution and are enrolled in the semester of study for which they are seeking a scholarship. Exceptional academic achievements and an expressed need for financial aid are also valued, as well as experience in extracurricular, humanitarian and volunteer activities.

This year too, the Studenica Foundation will award scholarships in cooperation with the Serbian Philanthropic Association from New York. A special event will be held in November of this year for the increased number of scholarships, especially for scholarships for teachers and teaching professions with the support of the academic, scientific community and many individuals and media. We are looking forward to it and we believe that we will be able to help educate even more students than before!
