Connecting generations of Studenica
Former and current fellows share experiences, contacts and knowledge, build professional connections and remain part of the same community.
Former scholarship holders of the Studenica Foundation live and work all over the world today. The alumni network connects them with each other, with current scholarship holders and with the mission that was part of their educational journey.
The alumni network is not intended as a catalog of biographies. Its value lies in the connections that arise between generations — through mentoring, professional connections, exchange of experiences, volunteering and support for young people who are just entering the Studenica community.
The foundation has awarded more than 2,000 scholarships over more than three decades. Each of those scholarships represents the beginning of a longer relationship with people who can pass on knowledge and experience.
A network makes sense when it enables concrete connections between people, generations, and experiences—not just when it stores a list of names.

The traditional gathering of alumni was held on June 11, 2026 in the "Svetozar Marković" University Library in Belgrade. The meeting brought together current scholarship recipients and former scholarship winners through conversations, alumni and student panels, and informal gatherings.

The panel discussed the topics of success, development, changes and application of knowledge acquired during studies.
The most important part of the gathering is connecting generations, talking and creating new collaborations.
We highlight a few stories that show how different the paths of former scholars can be. The focus is on experience and contribution, not large portrait cards.
